Refund Policy

Returns
  1. There is no refund or return of the products as the products will be pre confirmed through WhatsApp / Email before the dispatch.

2. Still in case there is a need to return, You have to inform us immediately (within 12 hours ) of receipt of

the products through Email / WhatsApp. Clearly mentioning the need for returning /exchanging. Such returns has to be sent from you in good packing conditions. Company will not take the responsibility to collect it.

3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It should not be tampered, Part used etc. Such return has to be sent by you.

4. You need to ensure that the package is in good condition while receiving the products from delvery / courier person. You should not take any material in packaged condition and same Transit / Packing damage will not be entertained / eligible for return or exchange. This is your duty to receive the material from the courier person in good condition.

5. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If you are approved, We request your bank account which is in the name of the purchaser ( As per

Invoice copy ) and refund will be processed within 3-4 working days. Please note the refund will be

only though Bank account and not by any other mode such as Mobile payment, UPI, Credit Card

Account Etc.

3. An email / WhatsApp confirm will be sent once the payment is made. You need to confirm the same from your side withing 1 working day. Non confirmation will be assumed that, you have received the amount.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, You need to check with your bank with the transaction details provided. first check your bank account again.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@inclusiveinindia.com and send your item to: Inclusive India

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your Invoice number and contact number to : info@inclusiveinindia.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
