Dosage 

To be determined by the Clinician/Dietician. Dose is dependent on age, body weight and medical condition of the patient.

Direction for Preparation

• The child’s health depends on carefully following the instructions. Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use and storage are important when preparing the formula. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm.
• SP CARB Formula should be mixed with calculated amounts of drinks like water, fruit juices etc. or as suggested by the Clinician/Dietician. If using water to prepare the formula you need to use boiled cooled, water. Use boiled clean utensils, bottles and nipples in water before use. Pour the required amount of water into the bottle/utensil. Add the correct amount of SP formula powder, cap the bottle or cover the utensil and shake vigorously for some time.
• If instructed to use the scoop unpacked and use a levelled scoop.
• Once prepared, product can spoil quickly. Either feed immediately or after feeding begins, use within 1 hour otherwise discard.
• Do not freeze prepared product.
